Meet Joseph M. Farrell

A native of Berwick, PA, Attorney Farrell is a graduate of the University of Scranton, PA. After active duty service in the US Army, he graduated from the Western New England College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.


He is a former assistant attorney general with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Justice, Bureau of Drug Law Enforcement.

 

Attorney Farrell has successfully tried and argued criminal and civil cases in the state and federal court systems. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Common Pleas, Superior and Supreme Courts, and the District, Circuit, and Supreme Courts of the United States.


Since 1980, Mr. Farrell has maintained a general practice of law in Lebanon County, PA and now focuses on the areas of estate planning/administration and family law.
